    Greetings from TheArtList.com!

It is hard to believe that summer is almost upon us. What a great time to slow down a bit and enjoy those warm lazy days after the long spring. It is a great time to get outside and find inspiration in the surrounding natural world and maybe change your focus for a few months.

I would like to take the opportunity to welcome our new Assistant Editor, Stephanie Persells. Stephanie has a wonderful background in art, marketing, and graphic design and will be helping with managing our submissions and art calls as well as some of our marketing initiatives.

We have been receiving lots of submissions recently. It seems like this is a big year for online promotion of art events and art calls. Be sure to login often and see what's new. There are some great call for entries and submissions to choose from.

On the development front, we are a bit delayed with launching our new gallery section. It seems that every time we get close to setting a launch date, something pops up. Hopefully all will be ready very soon. We'll keep you posted.
