The Hopper Prize is accepting entries for Spring 2021 artist grants. For this open call, we have increased grants to $3,500. Grant submissions will be juried by Selby Nimrod, Assistant Curator, MIT List Visual Arts Center and María Elena Ortiz, Curator, Pérez Art Museum Miami. Our open call provides you with a direct path to get your work in front of these forward thinking exhibition makers.
Eligibility: This is an international open call. All media is eligible. Must be 18 and over.
Awards: We are offering artist grants in the amount of $3,500 (2 available) and $1,000 (4 available). $11,000 total. In addition to grants, 30 artists will be selected for a shortlist. Additional exposure is available via our online Journal as well as our Instagram feed, currently reaching an audience over 55k.
