FINAL CALL for Artists - Deadline: January 31st, 2014

The Dublin Biennial is Ireland's largest International Contemporary Art Exhibition. The 2014 Biennial will showcase the work of award-winning and critically distinguished contemporary Artists. Through an OPEN SUBMISSION CALL, entries are selected and curated for exhibition. The aim of the Dublin Biennial is to highlight and promote cultural diversity and the universal dialogue expressed by International Artists. Confluent with the International Art Exhibition, a series of creative and scholarly interventions 'Biennial Coversations: Food for Thought and The Art of Sustainability', will explore the ecology of sustainability and focus on the intersections between environmentalism and contemporary art practive. The Dublin Biennial/Conference will be opened The Office of The Lord Mayor of Dublin on June 12 and run through June 22nd 2014. Submission costs for selection is €25 per artwork entered.
