Dacia Gallery invites artists to participate in an exciting Artist Residency program in New York City. Dacia's Artist Residency provides an academic program to inspire, refine and redefine the creative direction of artists in a painting intensive two-week program. Art classes will alternate between figurative painting and drawing, cityscape and plein air painting, the business of art, guest speakers and lecturers. We will explore the contemporary art galleries of Chelsea and the Lower East Side and visit the great museums of New York. Additionally, an exhibition and opening reception will be held for the participating resident artists at Dacia Gallery. This is a wonderful opportunity to study, paint and exhibit in NYC.
