The
Images from a
Glass Eye, International Juried Photography Show, 2013 is
sponsored by the Tehama County Photo Club of Red Bluff, California. The
show is scheduled for August 23 through October 30, 2013, with an
opening reception and announcement of awards on August 23.

Exhibition:
Images will be exhibited in the Tehama Country Visitor Center Gallery
located at 250 Antelope Blvd, Red Bluff, California, the “Gateway to
Lassen National Park.” The show will also be hosted on our website.
Eligibility:
Any photographer 18 or older may enter the show. With an open theme,
images may be captured either digitally or on film. Works must be
captured and post-processed solely by the entrant (except for film
developing and printing). Works accepted for prior “Images from a Glass
Eye” shows are not eligible.
Entry Fees:
$30 for the first three images and $8 for each additional image. All
entry fees will be charged to your credit card and are non-refundable.
There is no limit on the number of images you can enter.

Use
of Images: Entrant grants the Tehama County
Photo Club and their representatives and agents the right to reproduce
their work on the Images from a Glass Eye website, for printed
announcements, show catalogs and for show marketing. Entrant grants
only the preceding rights and retains ownership of and all other rights
to their works.
Juror: Our
Juror is Lynne Eodice, professional photographer, author and educator.
Besides being a freelance photographer, Lynne teaches four online
classes for BetterPhoto.com – Learning to Shoot Inspiring Images, Pro
Tips for Great Exposure, Architectural Photography, and Photography for
the Weekend Warrior. She is the former Feature Editor for Petersen’s
PHOTOgraphic magazine, and the author of Photos That Inspire / Photo
Workshop, a unique how-to photography book published by Wiley in
2008.
She also contributes photography and writing for Rangefinder,
Photographer’s Forum, Digital Photographer, Double Exposure, and
California Tour & Travel. Her images have appeared in a popular
instructional book The Complete Idiot’s Guide to Photography, and she
markets her stock photos through Getty Images.
Judging: Preliminary
jurying of submitted images will take place online. Final jurying for
awards will take place in the Gallery.
Entry Process:
Images must be submitted online as digital files. To enter, go to
www.Imagesfromaglasseye.org for instructions on setting up an account
for your entries. Once set up, pay entry fees in advance with your
credit card.
Sales:
Sales will be encouraged and promoted. A 20% commission will be charged
on all sales.
