2011 Photo Month Juried Advanced and Amateur
Level Photography Competition
Call for Entries. Deadline August 1st,
2011
This is the first juried photography competition offered in Southern
Delaware. It is an opportunity for photographers to exhibit their work
in two of the finest galleries in Delaware-Packard Reath Gallery in
Lewes, and Gallery 50 in Rehoboth Beach. This competition will consist
of both an advanced skill level, and an amateur level.

Rules for Advanced Skill Level Photographers:
Eligibility
Open to all photographers 18 years and older. All works must have been
created in 2010 or 2011. Each piece must be framed, wall ready and
presented professionally to conservation standards. No works are to
have been previously exhibited at Packard Reath Gallery or Gallery
50. Works are limited to gelatin silver and archival pigment
prints. No mixed-media works will be accepted.
Fees
A non-refundable fee of $30 U.S. Dollars entitles the artist to submit
three images. No artist may submit more than three images.
Artists should send a check or money order payable to "Packard Reath /
Gallery 50". Payment may be made by credit card by calling Packard
Reath Gallery (information listed below).

Awards
The winner of the Best in Show shall receive 250.00 dollars, First,
Second and Third Prize winners will receive 200.00, 150.00 and 100.00
respectively.
Artist's Receptions and Openings
Each work will be exhibited at both Packard Reath Gallery and Gallery
50 for two weeks.
Packard Reath Gallery will host a reception on Saturday, September 4,
2010 and
Gallery 50 will host a reception from 6:00 - 9:00pm on Saturday,
September 11, 2011.
