Eco Arts Awards - Call For
Entries - Offering $6,000 Cash in 6 Creative Categories
Urging all artists to
create a world of difference. We know that artists have an very
important role to play in keeping 'ecology' a top of mind issue in
culture. Our six winners are going to be well promoted in all media, as
we have a proven and experienced Marketing Director to ensure the best
exposure possible.
We feature six distinct
creative categories: Fine Art, Functional Art/Repurposed Materials in
Art & Design, Photography, Literature, Short Videos &
Songwriting.
We offer $1,000 cash for
the first place winner in each category.

Jurors
A professional panel
of jurors, including Lloyd Herman founding director of the Renwick
Gallery; The Smithsonian's American Museum, will select from ten
finalist in their respective field. While entries will be scored on
criteria specific to their medium, the criteria that has the most
influence will be the artists treatment of the theme, which is Ecology!
We will also have a People's Choice vote from our website early in the
new year.

Awards -
We are offering a total of $6,000 in cash
or $1,000 for the first place winner in
each category.
Final
Entry Deadline - November 30th, 2011
Our
deadline is midnight, Nov. 30th 2011. The entry fee per work is $30. We
anticipate announcing the winner's no later than April, 2012.
Ten finalists for
each category will be announced early in the New Year and will have a
viewing on this website for the Peoples Choice award. The First Place
Winner's, and People's Choice award will be announced in early Spring
of 2012.Our entry platform is easily located on our website. Get Fired
