CALL
FOR ARTISTS
The Israeli
Leadership Council is calling upon its local artists to participate and
compete in My Israel -- a public, temporary art installation in
conjunction with Celebrate Israel, the 64th Independence Day festival
in Los Angeles with over 15,000 anticipated attendees.
Participating
artists can choose from either the Star of David or the Menorah for
their installation inspiration -- two of Israel's and the Jewish
peoples' most popular symbols.
A judging panel
comprised of artists, curators and art professors will select several
winning art installations to be funded, created and displayed at the
Celebrate Israel Festival on April 29, 2012.
