Bikes are awesome tools that offer unlimited social, economic, and
environmental benefits to create a more sustainable future for
ourselves and for the planet. We are looking for powerful photographs
that demonstrate how bicycles can help make positive changes in life
and for the health of an individual or a community.

Awards:
- Sustainability
Award, a Globe Live bicycle provided by SPECIALIZED;
- Advocate
Award, a Canon PowerShot G12 camera provided by Kalb Photo Supply;
- Cash prizes
of $400, $200, $100 and 4 honorable mentions.
- Exposure: Up
to 40 photographers, including Award winners, may be selected to be
exhibited in a group show throughout FloreAnt Projects Gallery in
October 2012
These entries will also
be included in an online contest gallery at www.Floreantprojects.com,
and may be selected for inclusion in the exhibit's catalog. (Award
winners receive a free copy)

Sustainability.
- Anthony
Rodale: Photographer, Triathlete, Co-Owner FloreAnt Projects, Advocate
for Sustainability
Judging Guidelines:
- Originality
- Creativity
(story telling)
- Composition
(emotional impact)
- Overall
quality (focus, exposure...)
Eligibility:
Open to anyone over 18
years old. Photographers of all levels are welcome, including
professionals, amateurs and students. All photographic
processes are accepted such as traditional, digital,
alternative/historical processes and a mix of the above. The work must
be your own and photographs taken no earlier than 2008.
Entry Fees:
- $25.00 for
up to 5 images
- $4.00 each
additional images. (You can enter single entries or series). Maximum 15
images.
Commission:
Work must be for sale,
60% goes to the artist, 40% goes to the gallery
