Projekt30 is seeking submissions for our next
publicly juried show. All work is presented online prior to the
exhibition, visitors select the 30 winners. The exhibition will be
publicized to our extensive list of galleries, collectors, etc, all
contributors receive great exposure. As of Nov. 2011 over 300,000
messages have been sent to previous participants.Projekt30 is an
organization dedicated to promoting artists. We provide websites for
100s of artists, and since 2003 have conducted over 120 juried
exhibitions, featured the artwork of 1,000s of artists, and facilitated

For a scopophobe (a person with an extreme fear
of being looked at), the 21st century is a true nightmare. We live in a
time where the very concept of privacy is quickly vanishing. For a
voyeur, the oyster of the world has spread mouthwateringly wide. Our
society revels in it: from long-lens paparazzi snaps, to reality
television, to Facebook stalking. Which are you, a voyeur or a
scopophobe? This summer, Projekt30 is seeking artwork preoccupied with
seeing unseen or simply being unseen. All mediums are welcome, not just
photography. The exhibition will be publicly juried, the results
publicized to our extensive list of galleries, collectors, etc, all
contributors receive great exposure. As of Nov. 2011 over 300,000

“Scribble It Down” is an international artistic
collaboration. In this project, each participant artist gets to work
with several artists from different countries around the world on the
same digital page. Each artist gets to start a new work, end a work or
be part of an ongoing artwork where the artist is asked to add his
unique touch to the final piece. “Scribble It Down” is inspired from
the most basic act of several people interacting around a piece of
paper and allowing each other to add something new to the work in
progress. During this project, the artist is free to paint or draw, can
add photographs or any other element that can be made to exist in the
digital format. All the while having other artists react to the
additions. The final work of “Scribble It Down- Under 28″ will be shown
on the Emergent Art Space website in 30.4.2013. How to apply: Please

The 2012 juried Chicken Invasion Sculpture
Competition is open to all U.S. artist. All media categories will be
accepted.Creativity is expected! Chickens, Roosters, Hens and any
combination there of are welcomed. Sculptures must be at least 48
inches tall and three-dimensional. There is no limit on how large a
sculpture can be, however, please remember you must transport
sculpture. be able to be bolted to a concrete pad and must be received
ready for exhibition. Sculpture should be maintenance free during
exhibition period. Work must be appropriate for a family event- no
vulgar or inappropriate work. Sculpture should be suited to be

The Naples Art Association at The von Liebig Art
Center invites all artists residing in the United States to enter one
or two original artworks in any media for National Art Encounter
2012-13. The fine art exhibition will be installed in Naples, Florida
from Dec. 8, 2012 to Jan. 26, 2013. $2,500 in awards. Entry fee $29
($22 NAA members).Three jurors will review entries and select awards 1)
Margaret A. Miller is Director of the Institute for Research in Art at
the University of South Florida in Tampa and a tenured Professor in the
School of Art and Art History. The renowned art production atelier,
Graphic studio with the Contemporary Art Museum and the University’s
Public Art Program form the Institute for Research in Art. Miller has
been with USF since 1970. 2) Carrina Peipon is Assistant Curator at the
Hammer Museum in Los Angeles. Her projects include exhibitions from the
Museum’s permanent collection as well as solo-artist exhibitions. She
oversees the acquisitions committee for the Hammer Contemporary
Collection, the museum’s growing permanent collection of works from the
post-war period. 3) Dulce Román is Curatorial Chair and Curator of
Modern Art for the Samuel P. Harn Museum of Art at University of
Florida in Gainesville. She is responsible for the development and
management of the Harn’s collection of modern art, which includes
nearly 1,000 works from the United States, Latin America and Europe.
Prior to joining the staff of the Harn Museum, Román served as a
researcher of Spanish art at the Frick Collection in New York and the
department of European paintings at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in
New York.

grant money, a solo exhibit at the Center for Documentary Studies, and
most importantly, the publication of a book of photography, published
by Duke University Press in association with CDS Books.

Biggs Shot is the 2012 Juried Photography
Competition of the Biggs Museum of American Art. Entries of any
photographic media to this open competition will be judged on technical
skill and unique point of view. The competition is open to all
professional and emerging photographers living or working in PA, NJ,
MD, DE, DC & VA. The competition and its ensuing exhibition of
approximately 75 finalists will be judged by Sarah Stolfa, Director of
the Philadelphia Photo Arts Center. The competition deadline is
September 15, 2012 and the exhibition runs from November 2, 2012
through February 17, 2013.

This fall we celebrate what the WAH Center has
cultivated over the years and also what nature has provided in the
harvest. Housed in a New York City and National Landmark, the WAH
Center will offer this fall not only a fine art show but also a Gala
Dinner and various performance programs for The Sweet 16th Anniversary
Harvest Celebration. In this spirit, our open call provides an
opportunity for outstanding artists to showcase work to new audiences
in Williamsburg, a prominent art community in Brooklyn, New York and to
national and international visitors from around the world. The WAH
Center is now accepting submissions for The Grand Harvest, an
international juried show. Theme: How do artists envision the greening
or re-greening of the world? What technologies do artists envision to
assure the crops and foods for tomorrow from earth and sea?
ELIGIBILITY: This call for entries is open to all international
artists, working in any medium. Applications must be submitted via

Beauty of Art

AMERICA'S PARKS Through the Beauty of Art is an
exhibition competition open to all artists, the purpose of which is to
recognize and promote excellence in original artworks depicting any
North American park (national, state, provincial, county, city) in
Canada, Mexico and The United States. Selections will be made by a
professional jury consisting of: M. Stephen Doherty, Editor, PleinAir™
Magazine; Susan T. Fisher, American Society of Botanical Artists Past
President and Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum Art Institute Director; and
Todd Wilkinson, Managing Editor, Wildlife Art Journal. Awards will
include: America's Parks Curator's Choice Award, Arizona-Sonora Desert
Museum Juror's Choice Award, PleinAir™ Magazine Juror's Choice Award,
Society of Animal Artist's Wildlife Art Award, Susan Kathleen Black
Foundation Floral Art Award, Wildlife Art Journal Juror's Choice Award.
Additional awards are pending. The 2013 inaugural exhibition of
AMERICA'S PARKS Through the Beauty of Art is scheduled as the first of
three, with others to follow in 2014 and 2015. The 2013 inaugural
exhibition will premiere in Bolivar, Missouri from March 17 - April 14,
2013 at The Ella Carothers Dunnegan Gallery of Art. The Dunnegan is a
noteworthy museum that has hosted such notable traveling museum
exhibitions as Art and the Animal of The Society of Animal Artists,
Blossom ~ Art of Flowers sponsored by The Susan K. Black Foundation,
Exquisite Miniatures by Wes and Rachelle Siegrist, and Paws and
Reflect: Art of Canines, all of which have toured under the auspices of
David J. Wagner, L.L.C. The Dunnegan has also had a tradition of
hosting park art.

Art Fusion Galleries is now one of the
longest-standing art galleries located in the Miami Design District; a
testament to the vision of the galleries' roots. Situated in the heart
of Miami's Design District, the 4,000 square foot Chelsea-style gallery
showcases an international collection of original art from a
spectacular array of talented artists. The gallery presently represents
over 800 artists from around the globe; this scope of cultural artistic

Embracing Our Differences invites art submissions
for its 10th annual outdoor art exhibit celebrating diversity. National
and international submissions are encouraged. 39 artists will be
selected for the exhibit. The Exhibit will be displayed April and May
2013 at Island Park along Sarasota, Florida’s beautiful bayfront. Since
2004, the exhibit has been viewed by more than 1,300,000 visitors. The
exhibit will contain 38 billboard-sized (16 feet wide by 12 1/2 feet
high) images of the selected artworks. Final selections will be chosen
based on artistic excellence in reflection of the theme “embracing our
differences”. Submissions will also be evaluated on how effectively it
will read outdoors when enlarged to billboard size. Final selections
will be made by a 3-judge panel of professional artists, curators and
art professionals. A total of $3,000.00 in awards will be
presented.Submissions must be postmarked no later than January 7, 2013.
There is no submission fee nor limit on the number of entries.The
mission of Embracing Our Differences is to use art as a catalyst for
creating awareness and promoting the value of diversity, the benefits
of inclusion and the significance of the active rejection of hatred and
