Happy New Year 2010 from TheArtList.com!

We hope that you all had a wonderful holiday season and are excited to kick off 2010. It has been so busy here with the increased volume of new submissions and energy in the air, I feel that the sluggish days of 2009 and the last decade are behind us and good things are ahead.

That said, we are excited for 2010 and looking forward to rolling out some new features, welcome new members, and engage in new partnerships in the art community.

Over the next few months, galleries, art organizations, and other contest holders will be finalizing their 2010 calls and calendars so be sure to keep checking in to see what is coming around the bend this spring. We can't stress enough to login and check back often.

The 4th Annual smARTist Telesummit 2010!
For the 4th Year in a row, TheArtList.com has partnered with the smARTist Telesummit Professional Art Career Conference. For those of you who have not heard of the smARTist Telesummit, it is the only professional art career and marketing conference online or offline and is an excellent event. The Telesummit runs for 7 days plus a few pre-events and has sessions with 11 art career consultants and several successful artists. It is a MUST for any artist looking to further their art career no matter what your career level. We can't recommend it enough.

The best part is that it is an online event so you all you need to do is jump on the phone, or click on a webcast link from your computer, and hear everything live! All of the sessions are recorded so you can also listen in at your convenience.

We received alot of great feedback last year and from the look of things the Telesummit 2010 will be even better.
