2010 Majestic National Competition - Call for Submissions

The Majestic Galleries are now accepting submissions for the fifth annual Majestic National Competition.

The competition is open to all artists age 18 and older living and working in the United States or Canada. Cash prizes will be for first, second and third place in the amounts of $500, $300 and $200, as well as an honorable mention of $50.

Mary Gray, the director of the Ohio Arts Council’s Riffe Gallery in Columbus will act as this year’s juror.

All media and processes accepted, including drawing, painting, sculpture, printmaking, photography, ceramics, textiles, new media, electronic and interactive, installation, and video (looped on DVD).

Deadline: May 12, 2010
