    Greetings from TheArtList.com!

Spring is here and art calls are flooding in! This is such a change from last year when there was a dark cloud over the art community. We are also seeing an explosion of artists networking on facebook/twitter, entering contests, and being creative and productive. So exciting! Let's keep up the great energy!

May and June are great months for being creative before the lazy days of summer set in. Be sure to take advantage of this time of the year and get ahead where possible.

We have some great submissions coming in daily. Be sure to login and check back often.

For those of you that are new to TheArtList, our monthly newsletter only showcases a small sample of featured listings. We have a ton more in the online database. For Premium Members, there is a great little feature on your member homepage that allows you to view all of the new submissions since the last login. When you see something of interest, just click on the "save to favortites" link at the bottom and it will automatically be saved into your "My Opportunities" Manager for later reference.

If you are an older Free Member, Expired Premium Member, or even just a member of the free mailing list, we highly recommend upgrading to a Premium Membership. The cost is only $27/year and having the ability to login and search the art call database without the interruption of full page ads is well worth the small membership fee. Upgrading is as simple as clicking on the Upgrade link in your member area.
